Interview
Talked about job experience, background and my skills for the position. There was not too much non sense questions of where do I see my self in 5 years etc. It was very formal interview with Hr and department manager was relaxed and asked several questions.

I was questioned about my qualifications and they consider me being an overqualified candidate. I was asked several technical questions to test my knowledge in the field and explain why I was a good candidate for the position.
