A third-party recruiter initially contacted me. Flowserve was highly transparent, with lots of communication regarding every step of the interview process. It was about a 4-week process, consisting of multiple phone and video interviews. Overall, it was a great experience; I had the opportunity to speak with employees in different HR & Talent Acquisition roles and levels of leadership, which helped me make sure that Flowserve was the right fit for me. As I went through the process, I only got more and more excited about the opportunity to work with my new team and for Flowserve.
