Screened by HR via the phone. Then an actual interview with the hiring manager and crew, again via the phone. Interview was relatively trivial and was basically a review of the skills I'd be bringing to the team. They made an offer on the spot which unfortunately was substantially less than I currently make. I told them I'd think about it over the weekend and get back to them the following week. I replied with a counteroffer only 8% more than what they offered me and they acknowledged it but never got back to me. I concluded they're just fishing for a chance of getting lucky and getting someone for less than what they're worth or just folks starting out their careers. It was rather disappointing - I probably won't ever apply for one of their postings again.
