Interview
Worst HR practice ever!
I had applied to Flex after seeing the post wanting Bcom/BBA/MBA finance. I am an engineering graduate who was pursuing MBA finance. So I applied. I recieved a mail stating that I am eligible for the next rounds of interview. After clearing the first aptitude round, I was informed that I am not eligible since I am from Engineering background.
I was frustrated and asked then why did you send me an invite for interview. They said we didn't see your UG. I told I had clearly mentioned in resume. But due to their carelessness, I am very much affected. The HR was so bad and could not even organize the Zoom meeting properly. She spoke in broken English. I wonder who hired in the first place.
This place is only for below average freshers. The students didn't even know how to switch on Mic and video in meeting.
I'm happy that I did not end up in this place!
