Flex interview questions

Quite difficult.Preparation gives better option to get an offer in that role.And only 3 rounds first round will be easy if you prepare well means al the three rounds will easy

GHOSTING is very common in this company A recruiter reached me out via LinkedIn, scheduled an interview, she missed it because of her schedule. She scheduled again and we finally had a brief conversation. Later she scheduled my interview with the department manager, didn't hear back for a week. I reached her out to know whether they are taking my interview. I was informed that I will be notified in 24 hrs. It's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything back .
