Easy interview process. Initially had a phone interview with the HR coordinator, during which basic behavioral and experience questions were asked ("Can you explain in more detail what you accomplished during your term as a XXX at YYY Company?"). About a week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager and it was pretty much the same, but more focused on what my opinions were on supply chain/inventory management, what I wanted to accomplish, etc.. There were no technical or situational questions asked.
