Flex interview questions

first round was an HR round where they tested your basic english fluency and second round was technical round..if yu are an fresher they will concentrate on your final year project.technical questions are the basic ones like OSI layer in networks diff btwn c++ and java multithreading in OS

Received a phone call from Aerotek for the position, it was just a review of what I know..1 week later the interview was scheduled..I met with the Flextronics Managers and not the Aerotek Recruiter which is weird but the interview was down to earth and not difficult.
