Detailed interviews with Senior director and 2nd line managers to discuss background and experience. Friendly people. I was invited for 2nd interview with the VP. Interview was focused on both my resume and what is expected to for the PM role.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flex

Interview

I got a direct call from the HR Recruitment team and my profile was shortlisted for the Technical Interview which I cleared and then proceeded to the Managerial round. The Technical round was taken by the then SAP Module Lead and the Director SAP Practice took the Managerial round. The final HR round was quick with the main questions hovering around relocation to Chennai and the Salary.

Two rounds of interviews. Very basic behavioral questions and went in depth about my resume. Interviews were both conference calls with two individuals but was very laid back and more of a conversation. Research on the company was very beneficial for me when asking questions, etc.
