Flex interview questions

First interview was basically a test with 2 parts: Excel formulas and logic. Second interwiew consisted in questions about myself to see how I think, react and especially to see how good is my attention

It was a good experience for me when I was interviewed. I was initially interviewed through telephone and then called for a operations round directly. Operations round was very detailed and went for 1 hour. Then finally ended up with another round with hr for salary negotiation
