Flex interview questions

For an internship position it was the expected length. A couple interviews, an hour each, with 4 employees and a couple managers. They asked software related questions, and I was able to answer them fully.

Ridiculous. You show up for three days and show up to do absolutely nothing. Orientation, interview, training walk through of the building. Application process takes the longest. Can't make any mistakes or process will hold up job and payment.
