I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flex in Jul 2025
Interview
I was invited for an interview by HR, but the experience was disappointing. The initial session was scheduled at a time when the hiring managers were not available, which led to a reschedule.
When the interview finally took place, it was very brief. After the initial self-introduction, it became clear that the role was not aligned with my background or expertise — something that should have been clarified earlier in the process.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and uncoordinated. I hope the company can improve its interview screening and scheduling process in the future to ensure a better experience for candidates.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Flex (Senai) in Jul 2025
Interview
Quite fast and direct. The interviewer was the Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager. Both are quite friendly with the candidate. They also explained the job scope and what will daytoday tasks would be. Overall the interview was an experience.

Interview
In Flex, the interview process is designed to be dynamic and candidate-friendly, typically starting with an online application followed by a recruiter screening to understand your background and interest. If you move forward, you'll likely have a virtual interview with the hiring manager, focusing on your skills, experience, and alignment with Flex’s values. Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment or case study. Final stages often include a panel interview with cross-functional team members to evaluate collaboration and culture fit. The process concludes with reference checks and, if successful, a job offer and onboarding.
