Straightforward... contact by HR to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager then interview with the hiring manager at Flex. We discussed the job requirements, history and culture, the assignments and responsibilities, tested on the technical background and experience.

2 process of interview, and its only tested communication and basic of electronics and little easy to clear. 2nd round is interview and that to easy process easy and friendly to speak All the best do well.

1. Overall interview process was easy.
2. Initial HR interview asking about yourself, short term and long term career goals.
3. Secondly technical interview asking previous experience and matching the experience to the currently applied job.
4. Senior manager interview checking technical experience and personal goals and expectation from the company.
5. Director level interview discussing salary.
6. Finally HR interview to finalize compensation.
7. Next day the offer will be provided on successful selection.
