Question 1
How do you handle collaborating with other disciplines.
First and Second Interview with Design Manager, later Human resources 2 times. After 1 day in Flextronic, then last interview with Design team. It is cool environment. 200 enginners with Design team, I got accepted but because of Financial doubts I declined the offer.

Primo colloquio telefonico seguito da una prova tecnica di 3 ore. In seguito un ulteriore colloquio face to face con manager di area e HR per valutazione di soft skills. Dopo qualche giorno ho ricevuto proposta di stage 6 mesi con possibilita' di assunzione.
