Two round s of interviews after initial screening with recruiter: phone with hiring manager and on-site with cross-functional leads and senior management. Good experience overall. Took about 2 months to complete the whole process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Flex in Nov 2025
Interview
Pros: Initial outreach was prompt and the recruiter was energetic. Cons: The salary range posted on LinkedIn was not accurate. During the call, the recruiter admitted the range was only posted to comply with California law and the actual base pay was lower. Additionally, the recruiter heavily "upsold" the role and my standing as a "top candidate" only to send a generic rejection 24 hours later without the promised hiring manager interview.
