Interview
First off the recruiter who reached out to me was very unprofessional. He went back and forth with me several times for a phone interview and did not even call me on time once we set the date and time for the first initial phone screen. After we finally spoke on the phone I was invited to an in person interview in which he gave me the wrong address to the building! When I walked in I interviewed with a panel of 3 HR managers and one intern who was "observing" me. They did a round robin of questions and they were all super intimidating. After they clearly said they would get back to me they never did! It has now been almost a month and still no word from anyone even after sending a follow up email! Very unprofessional company who clearly doesn't understand how to treat their candidates. The basic thing to do is treat the candidate with respect and at least have the decency to respond to them with a rejection and let them know they were not chosen if that is the case. Horrible HR management!

They asked a series of questions on past work experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. When I asked what their company culture was like they didn't even have a proper answer for me!
Flex Ltd. is an American Singaporean-domiciled multinational diversified manufacturing company. It is the third largest global electronics manufacturing services, original design manufacturer company by revenue, behind only Pegatron for what concerns original equipment manufacturers
The interview process for this role was a bit odd. The recruiting team kept calling me out of the blue and there were multiple people calling me. I withdrew my application because these practices seemed a bit sketchy.
