Flex Flex Leadership Program interview questions

I was approached by the recruiter who said that I had stellar experience and would be a great fit for the role. After multiple reschedules I was put on a zoom interview with a director who was from Canada. He asked me very basic and non-challenging questions which gave away the underlying intent of the interview. The second question was more of a theoretical modeling scenario where he was very kind and gave 5 mins for preparation and asked me to play back.
