campus recruiting start late March for summer analysts. Early April, hr will contact for initial phone interview with some behaviorals and experience questions. Then in about 2-3 weeks super day takes place at the Nyc headquarters.
First step is to analyze something from Fitch - not much to prepare but you'll be asked to talk about it in front of a three people panel who are directors or senior directors. They will ask about what you gathered from the paper and general economic trend questions.
The second step is "networking" with other analysts. This is just to see if you're generally sociable and likable.
The last step is a interview with an analyst one on one. They'll ask behavioral questions but overall laid back about the formality.
Each segment takes about 30-45 minutes.
