I applied online. I interviewed at Fitch Ratings in Jun 2021
Interview
I had 3 interviews. First interview was with the recruiter and it was less than 15 min. Second interview was with a Director and she was like extremely nice, she explained the role and was very honest and straight forward (only thing is that she asked about what was my current salary). Third interview was with the MD and she was also very helpful in explaining the role expectations.

Question 1
Can you tell me about the last project you worked on? And questions related to cross-functional experience.
Three rounds of interviews with one case study presentation . Case study is a panel interview with four mid to senior people. Panel interview is around an hour with 15 mins presentation and then Q&A session. Pleasant overall experience, quick feedback.

Interview
recruiter call -> take home online tech assessment -> teammate interview -> 2*45min hiring manager interview -> extra live coding tech interview
pros: not sure
cons: The whole process was ok until I finished the supposed final round with 2 hiring managers. I was asked to take another 'team fit' interview, which finally turned out to be a live coding interview (SQL + python leetcode questions + oop + time complexity + design pattern questions).
This situation told some facts:
1. The hiring manager lacks ideas of what they want: you cannot randomly request another interview without notice
2. The interview coordinating process failed: when your recruiter has no idea what an interview looks like and how to help to prepare a candidate, it is a failure
3. The team/company culture seemed to be untransparent/no respect, even for a potential employee(an interview candidate)
