The process consisted of: An initial HR screening covering motivation, background, and salary expectations A first-round interview with the hiring manager focusing on ESG knowledge and past experience A technical/case-based assessment (data analysis and interpretation) A final panel interview with senior stakeholders

One-hour interview with two department heads, covering my academic background, professional experience, technical knowledge, and key skills, alongside competency-based questions focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and motivation. Very thorough interview. Did not get the offer though.
