The first round of one hour with four seniors (a mix of directors and senior directors). The second round of four one-hour sessions with one senior or AD each. The interviewers were generally nice and pleasant. The interviews were generally about behavioral/fit except for the first one, which had a case discussion. However, the HR was very slow in scheduling, and after spending five hours on the interviews, I asked for a follow-up on the process after about a week from the second round but neither the coordinator nor the HR director had the courtesy to return my email.
