Fitch Ratings interview questions

Best hr and worst hm. The hr was very kind and nice (I could say the best hr I have ever met) he sent you some files regarding all benefits, etc. During the call, he would answer any questions. The hm was bad, the hm was very ego. The question she asked was okay, not too hard. But I opened my camera, and she joined and told me " I don't want you to see me so I won't open the camera" (didn't change a single word) OMG I was shocked because I had countless interviews but this was the first time I met this situation. I was very awkward but I had to smell and ask "do I need to keep my camera open" and she said, "yes you can't turn it off". So I looked at her name on the website and kept smiling and answering questions for half an hour. Her questions were bland and I felt like it is a KPI to interview someone she wasn't really interested in my background. Dont know if the hc does exist.
