Interview
Initial interview was with human resources recruiter and one business person. Was brought in for a second round that included three from the business side as well as the group head. Interviews were fairly straightforward with the standard questions asked. Interview was more geared toward whether the candidate felt like a good fit with the culture-very collegiate.

Pretty straight forward. Was interviewed by country manager and another senior representative. The interview was straight forward and I would rate as average. I was asked about my knowledge of the industry, company competitors, markers and country knowledge.
