I was selected as a candidate for an interview through a recruiter. The recruiter conducted a phone interview - and then presented my credentials to Fiserv. Almost a week later, I was contacted for an in person interview with the Director and about 3 managers within the department of interest. The interview process itself was very painless. The first two interviewers pretty much went off of the script - the second group was more conversational. So, it will depend on who interviews you how scripted it may be. I did not get to meet many really any of the people, but the company was in growth mode and that particular department was slated to double within the next 6 months. The office is located in a beautiful treed park-like setting. Just come well prepared, be able to talk confidently about your background, understand how what you have to offer fits or does not fit with what the company is looking for.
