I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiserv (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2022
Interview
The process was very fast, which may be a bad sign. It took 1 week from applying to completing 2nd round interviews, and another 3 days for them to decide. In total, it was 1.5 weeks.
They seemed desperate to hire but did not want to pay. Before scheduling the interviews, there was back and forth about salary. The interviewers had tech issues but they were friendly and I felt the conversations were good. However, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing and the morale seemed low. They kept saying there was a certain kind of culture there.
After 3 days, they came back and said that I wasn't experienced enough for the role when I'm currently in a senior manager role with twice the years of experience they were looking for. It felt like they were too cheap and confused about who they wanted to hire. After reading the reviews here, I'm thankful the process was fast and that we didn't go forward.

Question 1
All behavioral questions - "tell me about a time when..."
Three rounds of interviews. HR, Hiring and Hiring's peer. Radio silence for 3-4 weeks and suddenly said you are hired. Regional HR doesn't care if you are not working in the same office with them.

Question 1
How do you respond to stakeholders when your project isn’t meeting the deadline?
First had a screen with HR, then the hiring manger, then the team members I would be working with. After that it took some time for HR to reach back out. I had to follow up 2 times.
