I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at First Student (Rockton, IL)
Interview
Received a phone call from this location’s hiring person. I had expressed interest in an online posting. This location is very short staffed. It has a union contract for drivers but pay is so low that the site must offer a bigger and bigger sign on bonus to get drivers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic questions like can you tolerate complaining parents and rowdy kids?
Are you ok working in a union job?
They are desperate for drivers here as pay is low and turnover high.

Interview
Very clear and consistent interview with clear expectations and needs. It was a quick process and they where eager to get to the training. There was no gray areas of the job remaining after the interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at First Student
Interview
There really was no "process". My manager made a facebook post from his personal facebook into a Lyft/Uber FB group of which i responded to. I was invited for an interview. The manager then gave a very vague and later found out very incorrect description of the job and then simply asked "so tell me how you could fit that"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only question I was asked was "How can you fit the job" after getting a very vague and incorrect description of the job
