First Student Bus Driver interview questions

The interview was informal. It is generally expected for you to show up as you would dress driving the bus. The dress code for this is generally pants and low-heel closed toe shoes, so that is what I would suggest for this interview. It mostly involved common sense questions about customer service. Questions were scenario based, or asking about past performance situations.

Very quick and easy interview. Mostly common sense questions. Asking about driving experience, and experience working with children. Also asked if I’d be ok with the 6am-6pm schedule. Less than 30 minutes total.
