I found the job in LinkedIn and applied. The advertisement was in English. I went thru the process of application and submitted it. After 2 weeks they contacted me and interviewed me online using Microsoft Teams. The interview was with the hiring manager i.e. professional manager. Few days later I was asked to be interviewed again by HR director using Teams.
