I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fintech
Interview
The interview process included meeting 4 people. Afterward, they sent a generic no thanks email. They seemed to always reach out last minute to schedule and weren't really flexible. That came across as unorganized. Some of the interview questions were cringe. I was taken aback by some of the comments when the employees were described as a person's (vulgar word). Although it was a joke I could tell it was not an environment for me. The interview seemed like they were interviewing to check a box.

It was unusually thorough. Although the interviewers were kind yet thorough . They displayed a paramount level of professionalism which I found good and respectable. I would like them to improve on their process and think it out better to improve their efficiency and relations.
First interview:
The HR manager was positive, friendly, and easy-going. It was a stress-free environment. The questions were general, it's the first interview, they should be.
No technical questions were asked, yet a question about whether I had practical experience was asked.
