Fidelis Care interview questions

Straightforward and relatively simple. Felt very comfortable and the experience was positive. The interview itself went well. I met with one manager in person and the other via a conference. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Racist Hispanics. The vast majority of the staff are Hispanics. Which isn't a problem for me at all. However, it's VERY CLEAR that management wants to keep it that way. I totally get that these companies have a large Spanish speaking client base, however, it's not even 50%. They assumed I was Latin due to my last name..(common mistake) but when they saw me, you saw the disappointment in their eyes. I don't even think I saw any Asian or African Americans. Just white and brown Hispanics... that's it! I think they need to be investigated for equal opportunity violations. I will begin the process soon.
