The interview is 2-2.5 hrs long. You're first interviewed by a supervisor and another person. Then, you'll be asked to take a test that evaluates your customer service skills over the phone and data entry. 95% and above is passing. Finally, you'll be interviewed by the head supervisor.

It was an open house interview with 2 people. HR and supervisor, Was contacted by phone by recruiter a few days later and offered the job and emailed acceptance.

Interview
I got a job offer within a week from the moment I sent in my application. Sent application on a Monday, got a call Tuesday and scheduled for face to face interview Wednesday, Thursday I got a job offer and Friday was an electronic mail to approve a background check and verifications.
Interview was quick. I was done within 25 minutes. It was a panel interview. I didn’t get toured around the building, which Made me think I didn’t get the job, they said I would hear from someone in a wk or two and someone called me the very next day. I am very happy.

Open interviews brilliantly organized. Consideration was kept in mind for volume of applicants and nature of organizing interviews (both initial and second tier interviews) were admirable. Crowd control and anonymous screening were paramount to flow of interview session.
