Ferrero interview questions

2 interviews, very interesting experiences at both and styles. Some preparation information would have been great. There was a very specific culture/personality they were looking for and this was not made clear. Disrupted a few times and was really put on the spot. The Job Spec was very different to the actual expectations of the role. The 2nd interview was much more pleasant but also very vague . Given the time and effort required I wish they understand the impact of such situations on the candidates and give them an opportunity to understand the full requirements of the role.
