Stage 1: Application Screening
Submission of CV and Cover Letter: Candidates submit their curriculum vitae and a cover letter explaining why they want to work for Ferrero and what skills they can bring to the company.
CV Review: An HR team reviews the CVs to ensure that candidates have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience.
Stage 2: Phone Interview
Preliminary Phone Interview: Selected candidates are contacted for a brief phone interview lasting 15-20 minutes. During this interview, basic information about the candidate’s background and motivations is gathered.
Stage 3: Online Assessments
Online Aptitude Tests: Candidates are asked to complete a series of online tests to assess their logical reasoning, numerical ability, and verbal skills.
Personality Assessment: A personality test is conducted to understand the candidate’s behavioral traits and cultural fit with Ferrero.
Stage 4: First Round of Interviews
Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the online assessments are invited for a technical interview, which may be conducted via video call or in person. This interview focuses on the candidate’s specific skills and knowledge relevant to the position they are applying for.
HR Interview: An HR interview follows the technical interview to discuss the candidate’s experience, soft skills, and alignment with Ferrero’s values and culture.
Stage 5: Assessment Center
Assessment Center: Candidates who advance past the initial interviews are invited to an assessment center. This involves group exercises, case studies, and presentations to evaluate their teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Stage 6: Final Interview
Final Interview: The final stage involves an interview with senior management or department heads. This interview is more in-depth and may focus on strategic thinking, leadership potential, and long-term career goals.
