Standard interview with two SBU managers and one HR assistant. Some exercises to test actual competencies were included. There were some tricky questions. Length of about an hour in total.

Phone Interviews - Two with HR and one with Mktg Manager. First phone interview with Hr assistant, who asked easy personal questions. Then the second with HR partner, who went more into details and then the Mkt manager who also asked some job-related questions
