- Two interviews, one on the phone and then one in person. Fairly easy questions, heavily focused on how behavioural questions and how you act in fast paced and stressful situations.

Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, what was the issue and outcome?

Interview
Three interview steps in total, first step was face to face interview with human resources specialist, second step was a personality test (DISC) that sent and was asked to complete online, and the third step was face to face with human resources manager and the line manager.
