Interview
There was only one interview and one written test. The panels consists of the line manager, and 2 of the People Team. It was an hour interview. The panels were nice and no "trick" questions or anything like that.
30 minutes first round. Questions on background, FFI values, why you want to work there. Technical questions with examples. Opportunity to ask them questions, which they were very open about. I found it hard because I lacked the technical knowledge.
Only one interview which was online via teams. 3 interviewees who all took turns asking questions. First questions related to my background and interest in the role, then moved to more technical questions of how I would handle certain situations.
