FIS Project Manager interview questions

First round was with some Sim girl… on finding out that I will be needing sponsorship- which they did not mention clearly on the job posting- she gave me a lesson on I should specifically answer “Yes” to that question- a question that is usually convoluted on many job postings- saying it saves recruiters time!

The interview process was laid back and simple. Far more conversational than average. The interview was virtual and lasted 30 minutes. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were very polite and easy to get along with.
