Company asked me to develop presentation about open banking. No real specific information but the advantages of pursuing open banking. I had 6 different interviews with 6 people including the presentation. They ultimately hired someone internally who was being laid off. I joined the company in a different department and learned that the team i interviewed with previously was completely dissolved, employees/perrs i interviewed with were RIF'd except for their managers. All of this, a month later.

Question 1
Knowing i worked for a large bank, they asked me to present research/advantages of open banking
Very easy process. Just be the confidence. Office culture is hybrid more over depends on your project. Using almost all the latest technology. Getting experience in FIS would make you to work anything places after it. That much strong you can become after joining. But hikes are low.
The interview process typically consists of an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by one or more technical interviews to assess problem-solving, coding, and data engineering skills. This is usually followed by a behavioral or managerial round focusing on experience, communication, and cultural fit.
