FIS interview questions

Had phone interview in 2009 which went wonderfully. They indicated i was very qualified and seemed genuinely excited to meet with me. I was in my late 50's at the time. As soon as i arrived at the interview, before any discussion, I was quickly told that I was not a good fit. My interview lasted less than 3 minutes.
