FIS interview questions

I had two technical round. Basic and simple questions have been asked in both the rounds (Testing Concepts, Automation, QTP, Banking). Interviewer gave a simple program to write in QTP. After clearing this, I had the managerial round which went fine. The HR lady asked me to send the BG form with all the relevant certificates right form my school to current merit letter. Everything went fine & the HR asked me to join immediately (which they did not mention earlier) though I was already working in an organization. I've asked her for joining bonus if wanted to join immediately to break out my notice period. No response from HR. Later when I checked with her, she said the position is closed, even though I have cleared all my rounds, submitted my documents. [One of my friend also had the same experience with FIS]

An out-of-state recruiter called me on a Thurs. and I called her back on Fri. After phone tag a couple more times, I finally got her. We scheduled time for a phone interview. The phone interview day came and I waited about 15 minutes and she never called. A few hours later she called & left me a message apologizing for missing our time, asking me to call her back to set up another time. I called her back. And called again. And again. Maybe even again! NEVER did she return one of my calls. I even offered my email address, since I work during the day and can easily respond to email instead of getting away to return a phone call. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled. A week went by and I forgot about calling again. The position is no longer posted. Go figure; it's only been about a month!
