FIS interview questions

I went to a college career fair and was interviewed the next day. It was mostly behavioral and really easy. All in the STAR process and they were attentive, responsive, and intrigued. They gave good information about their company and I saw the niche where I could fall into for their company.

Extensive criminal and financial background check, then you wait 2 weeks for information gathered, then a one on one interview on site, then another interview with Shift manager, the leads, and then more background questions....finally after @ month...a final interview that includes a walk thru the production floor allowing prospective applicant a snap-shot of the production process.
