I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online, got a phone call and asked basic questions, was asked to study the company. Recruiter called me back after 3 days, didn't ask me anything about the company, but I think that was his way of preparing me for the interview he was going to send me on (onsite). I'm preparing for that interview now. Not happy at all that it's a team interview, but oh well.
Went on onsite, there was no team interview as I was told (thank God!) I interviewed with one gentleman who was beyond nice, very knowledgeable about the company. This was a casual interview and I felt no pressure.
As far as interview questions went...he didn't ask me ONE! All he said was it was my turn to talk, so I just tried to sell my skills and knowledge.

After clearing this round, I was called to their office . There was a coding test . I had to design one system using all the .NET technologies. Overall interview experience was good.
