Interview
I got call from Zenith consultancy and I accepted the interview call.
On the day of interview, everyone for .Net technology were called out to specific room and asked to submit resume. Everyone were given different times in group of 3-4 per half hour.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews,
1-Interview: Technical round - Basic technical round of around 30 minutes.
2-Interview: Advance Technical and Managerial round of around 1 hour.
3-Casual Discussion with Product Manager.

First question in each round: Why you are looking for change?
Practical questions of SQL queries on Joins and Ranking
1. Top 3 salaried employees for each department in Emp and Department tables.
2. Primary key, Foreign key and other constrains.
3. Effect of cascade on delete statement.
4. Joins in update query.
Other ASP.net, C# and Win forms questions were small but advance: like
1. Parallel execution on some collection items.
2. Scope of Static variable in ASP.net page
3. Authorisation in ASP.Net
4. Multicast Delegate
5. AutoEventWire property of ASP.net page
6. Directives in ASP.net page
Basics of OOPs
1. What is OOPs
2. What is polymorphism/encapsulation/etc.?
3. Psudo Polymorphism?

Interview
It was for engineer qa and it took 4 rounds of interview.always there is one thing they look is long commitment with the company. Rest were easy question related to testing processes and simple coding like array reverse palindrome.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview took about 10-15 mins (!) should have set the alrm bells ringing there and then as it was so quick and easy. This was followed up with 2 phone interviews over the next 6-7 weeks. FIS are quite slow at recruiting.
