There wasn't any process that I can describe. Such a stupid bunch of recruiters who clearly don't have a courtesy of replying to their applicants. After wasting my precious time applying for them, I am very much disappointed that I even bothered to apply.
After 5+ weeks of no response I checked my account status with them and it says application cancelled. :O
Is that even a fair practice or even allowed to cancel applications on behalf of applicants?? Without sending an email communication. how can someone show such a moronic behaviour by cancelling application without informing applicants.
Well, ignore like hell if you wanna sail safer!!
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FIS (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2014
Interview
Very nice and friendly with good pragmatic questions asked. A lot of focus on "describe your sales process" and such. Very little mumbo-jumbo questions and tests. It was a couple of interview with my new manager, his manager and the global head of sales. I also met the product head. Very nice and good interviews.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FIS (Pune) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied, called the back the day after answer scheduled an interview. The interview went extremely well, all my questions were answered fully. Asked about past jobs, my experience with customer service, I was offered a position on the spot.
