Interview

It was quite random, there was no consistency or flow with the questions. In the panel group a person was more concerned about personality traits whereas the other two people were more concerned about technical questions

Technical questions from different unrelated subjects within IT. They could range from technical definition to networking, databases or programming languages, operating systems etc. They also analysed my CV history and asked questions about why I had done this sort of jobs and I could suit for their position

Interviewed at Sungard FIS. Full day long interview process and still didn't complete. No proper management. Call for HR round comes after 10 days of follow up. Salary offered was not as expected.
