FIS interview questions

everything was as planned, i didn't have to wait at all. My interview started on time and it went on for an hour. they made me feel very comfortable and the questions were on point

Lengthy interview process with senior leaders and peers. Enthusiastic and positive people throughout the process until the very end. After 5 or 6 interviews, however, they went completely radio silent, no response from the internal recruiter nor from the hiring manager when I followed up via email and via phone (office and cell). I understand that they decided to go 8n a different direction, but had expected a professional rejection. This “ghosting” practices tells me more about the culture there than anything else.
