FIS interview questions

Too many rounds. But after you clear the first round, chances of rejection reduces. First round was technical, second was with manager, third was with director, fourth was with hr. It took a couple of weeks for offer to get released. Bargain hard with hr for your offer.

Called for interview at Noida location. 1 round was online test having 40 objective questions similar to ISTQB. 2 round was technical face to face interview. interview was easy with basic testing questions sanity vs smoke, test cases on any thing like chair, simple SQL. It was quite easy round. Result of interview was shared soon. 3 round was again technical face to face , which was more simple than previous one. Same questions again but with some higher position person. You will answer same again for same questions. Now result was negative. I didn't understand what was not correct in my interview I have answered all questions with same clarity but this time you are not able to clear round. Please guys don't go there it's complete waste of time. I had noticed it was negative result for most of the candidates , they selected only one or two from around 60-70 candidates. Not sure what they were looking for without asking such level of questions. Infrastructure is also not that good. No arrangements for water or anything in reception. Wasted my full day. Please think before going there.
