I applied online and was contacted by an HR person to set up a 10-15 minute phone call just to discuss the position further. From there, they scheduled a Skype audio interview with two more HR people from both St. Pete and Jacksonville. The interview was very conversational and laid back, but still professional. It seemed as if they were seeing how well I could communicate as my normal self, and not be super robotic.
