I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FIS (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interview process was very confusing.
I applied through LinkedIn and got call from hr
I was invited for the slot of 9.30
I thought it is scheduled interview but it was walkin
Huge number of candidates ware there and everyone was confused about the process
First round was written test and got cleared.
Second was technical interview, it was good and answered 80% of questions and cleared as well
Third round was Management round and he asked me random question and answered all of them and he told me to wait for hr round.
Hr then told me they will arrange final discussion round next week and when i was there for final discussion round they took technical round again and told me that "you're inexperience for the position " and interviewer was very unprofessional.
They rejected me for no reason.
Do not attend the interview because they are just wasting time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
java oops concept
sql queries
random question to reject you :)
HR was not sure to what position interview was called. Resume screening is not done properly they randomly send interview invite mail to huge crowd . Once number of people increase on interview day. They make people wait for 2 hours and send back saying interview is freezed for the specified position. There is no value for individuals time. Please check properly with HR before you go to interview.

Interview
I don’t want to work for this company anymore based on my interview process. I talked with a very excited recruiter, 2 days later I was sent an email the position was filled, when I reached out I was told it wasn’t but they were moving my resume to a “new” job opening for the same job, a week later I was called by the hiring manager who clearly wasn’t interested in interviewing me, mostly talked about himself and the company. Never called or emailed back, I emailed the recruiter and was told they weren’t filling that position anymore but I would be considered when they were hiring again. Over a month of emails, interviews, testing and staying in contact with them and I see they have the job still open on ALL job boards.
