FIS interview questions

The interview process was not upto the mark, It was a complete waste of time, Round 1: They called to their office in pune and They conducted only written test, Declared the result and they told me that they will call me later. After 2 weeks... Round 2-Round 3: Again i was called for round 2 and 3, both was technical, again they said HR will get back to you. After 2 weeks HR calls and asks about notice period, Expected salary etc... Then silence....

The recruiters were personable, but the process was very disorganized. The phone interview was fine with a few standard questions about job interest and preferences. They reached out to me to apply to the same position a couple of weeks later.
