FIS interview questions

The interview had 5 rounds in total Round 1 was the aptitude test which had an easy difficulty level. Round 2 was a group discussion round where we were given a topic and we had to express our thoughts and point of view in a civil discussion. Round 3 was a technical round that had an average difficulty level. They checked me on the programming concepts related to JAVA and C++, they also gave me some sample programs to write. Round 4 was also a technical round which further tested my programming skills and my problem solving and analytical thinking. Round 5 was the final round which was HR, which tested my proficiency in English and some general questions.

Well planed and organized. Met with Sales Managers and Future Manager. Final interview was in person at their offices, the position manager flew to the city. The day ended in a dinner when the process ended.
